denhomes is not your average house builder. We aim solely to offer innovative and unique designs serving the modular living market. Due to the relatively compact sizing, we are able to build our homes in two or more complete sections in our state-of-the-art factory. The homes are then delivered and installed on site in a matter of hours or days. Reducing the time on site not only reduces costs considerably versus traditional construction methods, but it also allows denhomes to monitor quality at every stage of the build, with added control over all waste generated to reduce environmental impact at every stage.

Building on almost two decades of industrial furniture manufacturing and garden building design through our sister brand denrooms (www.denrooms.co.uk), the denhomes team was formed to turn its skills and experience to bring fresh innovation and ideas to the modular living market, particularly in the residential park home sector. We felt it was time to take a fabric-first approach to park home construction to address the biggest criticisms park homes face:
Our solutions offer class leading insulation, air tightness, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems (MVHR), all built around our strong galvanised steel-framed structures. This is the basic essence behind all denhomes, whether in the park home or normal residential sector.

denhomes are all constructed in our modern factory in the Midlands (Tipton – M6 J9, M5 J1) which is centrally positioned to serve the entire UK market and beyond. It’s also the centre of the traditional steel working industry affording plentiful skills and partners in our supply chain to meet the growing demand for our homes. Our factory produces in-house the entire steel structures, as well as the majority of the interior furniture, on our range of computer controlled (CNC) steel and woodworking machinery, the result of a major recent multi million pound investment in denhomes. The result is uniquely creative and value for money modular housing solutions for the UK and beyond.
