Is Planning Permission required?
All denhomes will typically require planning permission. Possible exceptions would be smaller 'ancillary' developments that are covered under permitted development, and would typically fall into 'garden building' territory. For our compact residential units, we already build to meet or exceed applicable UK Building Regulations and we will be happy to assist with technical information to support your project.
