Quality is at the heart of all denhomes, from the design through the final pre-delivery checklists – it’s in our company’s core strategy, our DNA. We believe our company’s growth is better served by first concentrating on “right first time”. Aftersales care is crucially important to denhomes. However, whilst we pride ourselves on our proactive aftersales support, our primary aim from the outset is to get it right before our homes leave the factory.

The denhomes factory operates a quality management system which meets the requirements of ISO9001.  This reflects our importance on quality at every level in our business. Our staff are fully trained and are conversant with all the leading current industry standards and practices, always with the customers’ needs in mind, and working to our established quality processes and procedures at all times.

All our work is planned to achieve the required output, maximising our resources and with the absolute minimum of waste to meet our customers’ schedule. We are always seeking ways to improve our processes, whilst developing new features in order to enhance the customer experience and to encourage long term relationships.

We believe the best demonstration to our commitment to quality comes in our production team and how they are bonused based on “right first time” quality objectives. Every business has production pressures to increase outputs at certain times of the year, but our production team will forever remain true to the guiding principle of quality as central to our business strategy – and they receive production bonuses based on quality objectives alone.
