denhomes is not your typical house builder or developer. Our modular-built homes are designed to offer class leading energy performance and comfort through smart energy devices in every model. The homes are built almost entirely 'off-site’ under strict factory quality control conditions, and are delivered and craned into position on site in two or more complete sections or ‘pods'. The final finishing of a denhome on site typically takes less than a week, allowing for rapid project turn-around and reliably delivery of affordable housing units anywhere in the UK.

Our homes can be certified to the Lifetime Homes standard, as well as LABC and NHBC approvals, offering buyers reassurance of an independent design and construction review, along with insurance backed warranties.

Building on almost two decades of industrial furniture manufacturing and building design, the denhomes team was formed to turn its skills and experience to its own tiny-house project. The challenge was to turn ‘tiny home’ living from a concept to commercial reality, by designing the interior furniture solutions and building fabric with equal priority. The goal was everything manufactured complete in our purposed designed factory, from the walls and roofs, to the kitchen and furniture, offering uniquely creative and affordable compact housing solutions for the UK and beyond.
